Current owner Mike Larch, who joined in 1984, has expanded the business by embracing innovation while staying true to Pappy’s principles—delivering fair, transparent service and long-term solutions. Under his leadership, we became known for high-efficiency systems that keep families comfortable while reducing energy costs.

Today, the fourth generation, led by William Larch, continues that tradition with fresh energy and the latest HVAC technology. From furnace repairs to full system installations, we combine technical expertise with a family touch, treating every customer with honesty, respect, and care.
